
Cornflake Chicken Fingers
Who doesn’t love this all-time childhood favourite?
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 eggs
- flour of your choice
- corn flake cereal
Instructions
- Prepare three plates or bowls, a) one with two whisked eggs, b) 1 cup of flour, 3) slightly crushed Corn Flake cereal
- Dip the chicken strip in the egg, dust lightly with flour and then the Corn Flake cereal
- Bake at 400° for approx. 20 minutes. Flip halfway
- Enjoy with your favourite dip
