Ingredients
- 4 leaves red, green or dinosaur kale
- 1 shredded beet
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Chop and toss above ingredients
- Dress with homemade dressing of your choice such as lemon juice, tahini or olive oil
