When you want a meatless dinner, mushroom burgers for the win!
- 4-8 portobello mushroom caps (2/burger)
- olive oil
- spice/herbs (tarragon, sesame seeds)
- cheese slices of your choice optional
- Grill/BBQ mushroom caps for approx. 10 minutes (flip halfway)
- Add two cheese slices in between two mushroom caps, like a burger (optional)
- Enjoy as is or add a bun of your choice
Substitute the cheese for tahini or cashew cheese for extra flavour and substance.
