
Salmon Poke Bowl

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs salmon
- 1/2 bag edamame frozen
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup rice/quinoa
Furikake Seasoning
- 2 toasted nori sheets
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Distribute rice or quinoa into bowls
- Top with the vegetables, followed by the salmon and furikake seasoning
- For the furikake seasoning, crumble the nori into small pieces into a bowl, then add the remaining ingredients
