I help women with symptoms of bladder urgency, leaking and pelvic organ prolapse feel stronger and more confident. Through my 12-week online program using the Hypopressive® Method and post-rehab pilates, we focus on lifting the pelvic floor and strengthening your core muscles. It’s a full-body approach to core and pelvic health. You will be motivated through the program by me and establish the accountability you will need to maintain a regular practice schedule. This method requires minimal but regular practice to ensure that you reap the rewards. You will receive weekly videos and recordings of our sessions plus lifelong access.
My background is in the fitness industry, and I have a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle. It motivates me to continue to develop my varied knowledge and skills in the field of wellness instruction, particularly relating to the pelvic floor and core. My interest in pelvic floor work developed organically after giving birth to 3 children. My mission is to help women to live their best life without the fear and anxiety of leaking.
