My mission in rehabilitation is to share health and wellness knowledge with as many people as possible. Wellness is a dynamic process of change and growth, building awareness of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. My passion for women’s health began after several years of treating women in their 60s-80s whose orthopaedic issues may likely have been prevented if they received pregnancy or postpartum care when their children were originally born. I am dedicated to breaking this pattern. Jayme Barr, PT, DPT
My goal is to educate young people to understand the importance of putting their health first so they can stay healthy for many years to come.
Working with me is like opening a health & wellness retirement account!
