
Best Ever Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- 4 6 oz chicken breasts
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh chopped parsley for garnish or dried
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° and line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Combine the paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, and olive oil in a large bowl. Place the chicken in the bowl and toss to combine so the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning
- Bake chicken in oven for approx. 18 minutes
- Broil on high heat for 3 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent chicken from burning
- Garnish chicken with fresh or dried parsley. Optional add-on: toasted pine nuts
