Sunflower seed butter is a great nut-free option and is a delicious spread on toast or in sandwiches. Easy to make and more economical than buying it in the store.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups raw sunflower seeds
  • pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Roast sunflower seeds on a lined baking tray for 15 minutes at 350°
  • Allow seeds to cool and transfer to a blender/processor
  • Add a pinch of salt
  • Blend until a smooth consistency
