Lorraine Faehndrich, NBC-HWC is a pelvic pain recovery coach and the creator of the mind-body program Healing Female Pain. She specializes in helping women relieve mysterious and stubborn pelvic and sexual pain syndromes - including pain during sex, vulvodynia, pelvic floor dysfunction, interstitial cystitis and pudendal neuralgia - and reclaim sex and pleasure. Her approach incorporates current research in pain neuroscience and mind-body medicine; her own experience healing chronic yeast infections, pain during sex, and vulvodynia using a mind-body approach; and 13+ years of helping her clients heal pelvic pain.
